The Studio

Our personal training studio is dedicated to individual or small group sessions, with high spec gym equipment. The perfect place to develop your fitness goals and build confidence.

Sessions vary from 30 minutes to an hour, and can be arranged at a time to suit you with our resident personal trainer Kate Cousins.

Meet Kate.

I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer based at The Hay Barn. I have been been qualified for over 5 years and adapt my style of training for my clients individual needs.

I am a strong believer that a healthy lifestyle is more than just physical training, but mental as well, and now more than ever overall fitness and wellbeing is at the forefront of my sessions.

I use a mixture of weights and cardio throughout my 1-to-1 or small group training sessions which can be adapted to suit all abilities with an emphasis on building confidence with each individual client.
