I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer based at The Hay Barn. I have been been qualified for over 5 years and adapt my style of training for my clients individual needs.
I am a strong believer that a healthy lifestyle is more than just physical training, but mental as well, and now more than ever overall fitness and wellbeing is at the forefront of my sessions.
I use a mixture of weights and cardio throughout my 1-to-1 or small group training sessions which can be adapted to suit all abilities with an emphasis on building confidence with each individual client.
